In the morning before brushing your teeth or during the day at least three hours after eating, drinking or smoking, apply one drop of saliva (without bubbles) on the glass surface of the eyepiece.

- Remove the cover
- Pull the optics
- Softly clean the glass surface of the eyepiece with a clean cloth
- With the tip of your finger apply the saliva sample on the glass surface (without bubbles) and place the eyepiece on the smooth surface to dry for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Push the optics back into the housing and bring the microscope to your eye.
- Press the light switch on the bottom of the BABY TIME™. View the results through the viewfinder. If necessary rotate the eyepiece until the pattern is clear.
Important notes on the usage of Baby Time™
- Saliva analysis may be adversely affected by: acute infection and inflammation of the oral cavity, food residues, alcohol, medicines and smoking. Individual usage of the instrument is advised for hygienic and health reasons.
- Do not immerse the instrument into water and protect it from dust, moisture is the and great heat.
- The saliva sample must be absolutely dry.
