Fertility Awareness

You can use Baby Time™ for the rest of your reproductive life to obtain essential information about your fertility and menstrual cycle.

By monitoring results every day, you learn about your own fertility patterns. Over time, you will be able to get a bird’s eye view of your menstrual cycle history. Monitor your results on a daily basis, whether or not you are ovulating.

Menstrual cycles aren’t predictable: they aren’t always regular and can vary from moth to month. They come and go when they please. Ovulation may happen more than once in between menstruation. This is because every woman’s menstrual cycle is different.  Depending on individual lifestyles and factors like stress, physical activity and hormone levels, your monthly cycle may be hard to monitor. Whether you are trying to get pregnant, trying to avoid unwanted pregnancy, or perhaps simply interested in keeping track of your menstrual cycle, knowing when you ovulate can be a stress-free experience and is of great help to any woman.

Some women can be pregnant and continue to have periods at the same time. Sometimes women have gotten pregnant during their menstrual period. It’s true that most women will have cycles that are around 28 days. However, some women may bleed every 3 to 4 months.

Ovulation usually occurs about 14-16 days before women have their period. In some cases, women may ovulate twice in a month, once from each ovary.

Fertilization of an egg occurs after ovulation. The egg stays alive for about 24 hours after it has been released from the ovary. Sperm can stay alive inside a woman’s body for 3-4 days, and possibly as long as 6-7 days. If a couple has intercourse before or after ovulation occurs, the woman can get pregnant, since the sperm are already inside the woman’s body when ovulation occurs. Thus a woman may become pregnant from intercourse for about 7-8 days in the middle of her cycle.

Baby Time™ is safe and natural and may help you avoid unwanted pregnancy without the use of the pill or sterilization*. Some women do not want the risk of interference with the hormonal activities on their bodies and will choose not to use the pill. Women now have a choice to opt for drug free fertility monitoring.

Baby Time™ is a cheaper alternative to the Pill, whose monthly cost can averages up to $30-50. Baby Time™ is a once in a lifetime purchase.

Baby Time™ allows you to predict when ovulation occurs each month. Natural family planning depends on abstinence from sexual intercourse during the woman’s fertile time of the month. During your fertile time, you may choose to avoid intercourse at such time, or use a barrier form of contraception (such as condoms) for that extra piece of mind.

Baby Time™ works by determining the timing of intercourse rather than relying on drugs or devices.

When women have complete and accurate information, they are empowered to make their own decisions and take control of their lives. Fertility Awareness is a birth control method where women can monitor their cycles daily to identify ovulation. They are learning to predict ovulation to either prevent or encourage pregnancy.

Advantages of using Natural Family Planning methods:
